Shipping Policy

We aim to process your orders the same day and dispatch the following working day. All orders must be placed by 7 pm to be dispatched the next working day. This excludes any items listed as handmade.

  • Shipping costs to the UK mainland are £2.50

  • FREE shipping on all orders over £50.

  • For international shipping, please contact us for a quote at support@quaintdesignsuk.com

  • All pre-orders can take up to 14 days shipping and delivery time.

 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. All orders placed by 7 pm will be dispatched the following day. We process orders 7 days a week. Handmade orders can take up to 2-7 days to process.

Quaint Designs shipping and returns

Return & Exchange policy

Returns may be requested within 7 days from delivery of parcel. Once authorized, the parcel has to be returned to us within 14 days (30 days for international returns). We do not refund shipping fees and return costs are to be paid by the customer. Requests must made and accepted before you're able to return your order.

ITEMS LISTED AS HANDMADE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@quaintdesignsuk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items listed as handmade and custom products (such as special orders or pers
onalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
